How to Upgrade
To upgrade your subscription:
Go to Settings from the main menu
Click "Upgrade" on your current plan card
Select your desired plan (Pro or Premium)
Choose billing interval (Monthly, Annual, or 5-Year)
Complete checkout via Stripe
You can also visit the Pricing page to compare plans and start your upgrade.

Manage Your Billing
Access your billing settings to update payment methods, view invoices, or change your plan.
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
Select "Settings"
Scroll to the Billing section
Click "Manage" to open Stripe Customer Portal
What You Can Do in the Billing Portal
Update payment method — Add or change your card
View invoices — Download past invoices for your records
Change plan — Upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing intervals
Cancel subscription — Cancel and retain access until period end
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan anytime. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your documents remain safe in CredVault™.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as technical issues preventing service use or billing errors. Submit requests within 30 days to [email protected].
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. CredFolio never stores your full card number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe.
Are Group and Enterprise plans available?
Group and Enterprise plans are coming soon. These will include team management, bulk credential management, and enterprise features like SSO and API access. Join the waitlist to be notified when available.
