CME Compliance Reports
CredFolio lets you generate CME compliance reports to document your continuing education progress. This article explains how to export reports and what formats are available.

CME compliance reports help you:
Document your CME credits for license renewal applications
Provide proof of continuing education to employers

Generating Reports
To generate a CME compliance report:
Go to CME Manager from the main navigation
Select the license you want to generate a report for
Click the Export button
Choose your preferred format (PDF, CSV, or ZIP)
Click Generate Report or Download Documents
Pending Allocations: If you have unconfirmed document allocations, you'll see a warning before generating. For accurate compliance tracking, confirm all document allocations first.

The PDF compliance report includes:
License information (state, license number, expiration)
Total hours required vs. completed
Special topic requirements and status
List of all allocated CME documents with dates and hours
Generation timestamp for verification
CSV Export Contents
The CSV export provides structured data including:
Document name and type
Completion date
Credit hours allocated
Special topics (if applicable)
Provider/source information
ZIP Archive Contents
The ZIP download includes all your CME certificate documents for the selected license cycle, making it easy to submit complete documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I generate reports for past renewal cycles?
Yes, you can generate reports for any renewal cycle. Select the specific cycle from the dropdown when exporting to get a report for that period.
Why does my report show unconfirmed allocations?
If documents haven't been confirmed, their allocations appear as pending. For accurate compliance tracking, review and confirm your document allocations before generating official reports.
Can I customize what's included in the report?
Reports include all confirmed CME allocations for the selected license. The format options (PDF, CSV, ZIP) determine how the data is presented, not what's included.
How do I share reports with my employer?
You can download the PDF report and email it directly, or use CredShare™ to create a secure share package that includes your CME documentation.
