CredFolio lets you export CME compliance data for license renewals, employer verification, and personal records. This article covers the export options available.

CME Compliance Reports
Export your CME tracking data from the CME Manager:
Go to CME Manager
Select a license
Click Export
Choose format: PDF, CSV, or ZIP
Format Options

PDF Report | License renewal applications, official submissions |

PDF Report Contents
The PDF compliance report includes:
License information (state, license number, expiration)
Total hours required vs. completed
Special topic requirements and status
List of all allocated CME documents with dates and hours
Generation timestamp for verification
CSV Export Contents
The CSV export provides structured data including:
Document name and type
Completion date
Credit hours allocated
Special topics (if applicable)
Provider/source information
ZIP Archive Contents
The ZIP download includes all your CME certificate documents for the selected license cycle, making it easy to submit complete documentation.

From Document Manager
Download individual documents from the Document Manager:
Go to Documents
Find the document you want
Click the download icon or select Download from the menu

When creating a share package, you can optionally enable downloads for recipients. By default, shared documents are view-only.

Can I export all my documents at once?
You can use the ZIP export from CME Manager to download all certificates for a license cycle.
What format should I use for license renewals?
PDF is the best format for official submissions. It provides a professional compliance summary that most licensing boards accept.
Can I export data after canceling?
Yes, during the 90-day grace period after cancellation you can still access and export your data. Contact support if you need assistance.
Is there a limit on exports?
No, there's no limit on how many reports you can generate or download (for Pro and Premium plans).
