This article explains how to view, download, and understand your CredFolio invoices for tax purposes and expense reporting.

How to View Invoices
Go to Settings β Account
In the Billing section, click "View" next to Invoices
You'll be redirected to the secure Stripe portal
Browse your complete invoice history
Note: The "View" button is only active once you have at least one invoice. New subscribers will see their first invoice after their initial charge.
What's on Your Invoice
Each CredFolio invoice includes all the information you need for record-keeping:
Field | Description |
Invoice Number | Unique identifier for reference |
Invoice Date | When the invoice was generated |
Billing Period | The subscription period covered |
Plan Name | Your subscription tier (Pro, Premium, etc.) |
Amount Charged | Total amount billed |
Payment Method | Last 4 digits of card used |
Payment Status | Paid, pending, or failed |

Download invoices as PDFs for tax documentation or expense reporting.
How to Download an Invoice
Go to Settings β Account
Click "View" next to Invoices to open the Stripe portal
Find the invoice you need
Click the invoice to view details
Click "Download" to save as PDF

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do billing emails go?
Billing emails and invoice notifications are sent to your account email. To change where you receive billing emails, update your email address in Settings β Profile.
Can I get receipts for tax purposes?
Yes, all invoices in the Stripe billing portal can be downloaded as PDF receipts. These PDFs include all information needed for tax deductions or expense reporting.
Why don't I see any invoices?
Invoices are generated after your first charge. If you're on the Free plan or haven't completed your first billing cycle, you won't have any invoices yet.
Can I get a single receipt for multiple months?
Each billing period generates a separate invoice. For annual plans, you receive one invoice per year covering the entire period.
